Rental periods

  • 2 Hour Rate
  • 2 hours total time gone from store
  • ˝ Day Rate
  • 4 consecutive hours
  • 1 Day Rate
  • 24 hours consecutive time
  • Overnight Rental Rate
  • Automatic 1 day charge, except if equipment has hour meter and pick up is within 1 hour before our store closes
  • 1 Week Rate
  • 7 consecutive days
  • 1 Month Rate
  • 4 consecutive weeks
 
Metered Equipment - 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month

Identification

A valid driver’s license and a credit card are required when renting any item at Express Lube & Rental.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the end of the rental period. Cash, Credit Card or check maybe used.

Deposit

We require a deposit on all equipment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.

Rental Rates

You pay for time in possession.  Prompt return saves money.

Rental Period Minimum

The shortest period of time that an item can be rented for: 2 hours or 4 hours.  Long term rates available upon request.

Week Rate

The weekly rate is 5-7 days depending on equipment, in possession and 40 hours of running time if equipment has an hour meter.

Cancellation Policy

3 days notice is required for any cancellation.  A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged if contract is not cancelled within 3 days of the agreed rental pick up date.  No refund for cancellation on party equipment.  No guarantee of reservation until paid in full.

No refund for cancellation of moving truck.

Damage Waiver

8.25% of the total rental will be added to cover repair of items damaged while in customers’ possession due to circumstances beyond their control. Note: Damage Waiver is not insurance.  It does not cover abuse, misuse, or theft of property.

Express Lube & Rental reserves the right to add, change or discontinue any or all items of rental at any time. We do not guarantee any item to do a particular job. All prices are subject to change without notice; all written quotations are good for 30 days. We do not guarantee the availability of any items at any time.

State Sales & Use Tax

These taxes apply to all rentals. If you are a tax-exempt organization, an exempt certificate must be available upon rental.

Delivery and Setup

Delivery and set up is available.  Call for a delivery quote.

Cleaning and Fuel Charges

All rates are based on equipment being returned clean.  Minimum cleaning charge is $25.00.  Rates vary with time, labor, and customer will be charged accordingly.  Fuel charges are added to contracts.  If returned full the fuel charge will be removed from the contract.
